This Easter, Chris Elmore MP for Bridgend & Porthcawl has joined forces with Bridgend Food Bank and Awen Libraries to launch a heartwarming campaign—collecting Easter eggs for children in our local community. The aim is simple but meaningful – to ensure that every child can experience the joy of Easter, regardless of their circumstances.
Chris is encouraging constituents to take part by picking up an extra Easter egg while shopping and dropping it off at one of the designated donation points at Awen Libraries across the Bridgend & Porthcawl constituency. With the community’s help, this initiative hopes to bring Easter cheer to many local children and families.
Chris Elmore MP said:
“Easter is a time for kindness, and I’m proud to partner with Bridgend Food Bank and Awen Libraries to spread some joy to children in our community. If you’re able to, please consider buying an extra Easter egg and donating it at one of our local libraries in Bridgend & Porthcawl. Your generosity will help make Easter special for so many children.”
